Betting is for entertainment — not to create problems. Nabji is committed to helping every member maintain healthy betting habits. All the tools and support you need are right here.
Nabji doesn't just let you bet – it helps you stay within healthy limits. Every feature is free and available to all members.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately once set. If you increase a limit, it only kicks in after 72 hours — giving you time to think it through.
If you feel you need a break, you can suspend your account for 7 days, 1 month, or 6 months. You won't be able to log in during this period. Submit a request to Support and your account will be reactivated within minutes.
If you want to stop betting permanently, contact Support and your account will be closed for good. This decision is fully respected — no pressure to reopen will ever be applied.
Nabji does not allow anyone under 18 to open an account. Age is verified through the KYC process using a national ID. Any account that raises suspicion is immediately flagged for verification.
If you'd rather not receive bonus offers or promotional messages, you can turn them off in one go. Disable marketing notifications in your account settings and no further promotional content will be sent to you.
The Nabji team monitors betting behaviour. If a member shows signs of harmful patterns, the support team will reach out proactively to offer help – but the decision is always yours.
Problems can be spotted before they grow. If you notice even one of these signs in yourself, stop and seek help.
Feeling like "just one more bet will cover my losses" after a losing streak is a serious warning sign — and the most common trap players fall into.
You are spending more time betting than you intended – and you can't seem to stop.
You are skipping time with family, neglecting work or studies, or betting in secret.
Using money set aside for food, rent, or essential expenses on betting is a serious warning sign.
Feeling angry, anxious, or unsettled whenever you're unable to bet.
If you're borrowing money or using credit to fund your betting, stop now.
If you recognise even one of these signs in yourself, you don't have to deal with it alone. Nabji's support team is here to help – no judgement, ever. support@nabji.best Email us or come to Live Chat.
The most effective way to bet responsibly is to set your own limits before you start. On Nabji, doing that is straightforward.
Log in to Nabji and click the profile icon at the top right.
Go to the "Responsible Gaming" tab in your Account Settings.
Choose what you need — deposit limit, session limit, or self-exclusion — and enter the amount.
Changes take effect immediately upon saving. Limit reductions apply instantly; increases take effect after 72 hours.
Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day. Once you reach that limit, no further deposits will be accepted for the rest of the day.
Choose a weekly or monthly deposit limit to control your total betting budget for the week or month.
Set a time limit on how long you can bet in one session. Once that time is up, you will be logged out automatically.
Sometimes a little distance is the smartest move you can make. That's exactly why Nabji's self-exclusion feature exists. It's not a sign of weakness – it's proof that you know yourself well enough to act on it.
| Exclusion type | Duration | How to activate |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary cool-off | 7 days | Settings or Support |
| Short-Term Exclusion | 1 Month | Settings or Support |
| Medium-Term Exclusion | 3–6 Months | Contact Support |
| Permanent Exclusion | Indefinitely | Contact Support |
About Permanent Exclusion: If you choose to permanently close your account, Nabji will honour that decision without question. No promotional messages or requests to return will be sent. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
At Nabji, we believe betting is entertainment – and it's only enjoyable when it stays within healthy limits and doesn't affect other areas of your life. That belief is the foundation of everything Nabji's responsible gambling programme is built on.
Online betting is still new to many people in Bangladesh. It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of placing your first cricket bet and lose track of your budget. Nabji has seen this happen to many members – and with the right tools and information, it's entirely avoidable.
Betting becomes a problem when it's no longer a choice. When stopping feels uncomfortable, when you find yourself chasing losses with bigger bets, or when betting starts eating into money your family or you genuinely need – that's when it's time to ask for help.
Nabji's Responsible Gaming programme tackles this on three levels: first, building awareness by helping members recognise the warning signs; second, providing tools such as limit-setting and self-exclusion; and third, offering support by being there when things go wrong.
In Bangladesh, it's common for multiple family members to share a single device. A reminder for parents: if you're logged into the Nabji app or browser on your phone or tablet, please lock the device when not in use. Avoid sharing your bKash or Nagad PIN with other family members. While Nabji verifies age at registration, taking precautions at home is just as important.
If you believe a family member is struggling with betting, let Support know. Nabji will work with everyone involved to help manage the situation.
Nabji's system analyses each member's betting patterns. Rapid deposit increases, immediately re-depositing after a big loss, or betting through consecutive nights — when these behaviours are detected, the Nabji team reaches out proactively. This monitoring is not about penalising members; it's about offering help.
Responsible gambling doesn't mean less fun. In fact, staying within your limits makes betting far more enjoyable – because you can take both wins and losses in your stride. Nabji wants every member to have exactly that experience.
At Nabji, every member's wellbeing matters more than any profit. Helping a member is our greatest achievement.
