Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed, bonuses will be cancelled, and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. Original deposits may be refunded.
The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details provided at registration must be accurate. Nabji reserves the right to close any account registered with false information, at any time.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If Nabji issues incorrect odds due to a technical error, Nabji reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned: If a match is cancelled before it begins, your stake will be refunded. If a match is cancelled or suspended after play has started, Nabji's standard rules will apply — these may vary depending on the event.
Winning bet payout = Stake × Odds. For live betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed apply — any subsequent changes in odds will not affect the payout. For accumulator (Acca) bets, all selections must win; if any one loses, the entire bet is lost.
Nabji accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. Funds are credited to your account almost instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
If your deposit hasn't appeared in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID. Nabji typically resolves such issues through manual verification within 10–15 minutes.
Nabji does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international credit card payments. Please use only the approved mobile banking methods.
To withdraw from Nabji, you must first complete KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is approved.
Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, all future withdrawals will be processed much faster.
What to do if there's a delay: If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact Nabji's live chat with your withdrawal request number. Failed withdrawals are automatically returned to your account balance.
All bonus and promotion offers from Nabji are subject to specific terms and conditions. You must read the relevant terms before claiming any offer.
Most bonuses come with a Turnover or Wagering Requirement, meaning you must place a specified amount in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering rate varies by offer and is clearly stated on the bonus page.
The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per person. Any attempt to claim it again by opening a new account may result in both accounts being closed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nabji. Violations will result in permanent account closure and your balance may be forfeited.
Nabji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.
Accounts may be closed for violations of our terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or failing KYC verification. In such cases, your original deposit is generally refundable, but any bonuses will be forfeited.
Any member can request account closure by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn. As part of our responsible betting commitment, a temporary Self-Exclusion option is also available.
